    I think when they add more jobs that are based off the "base classes" then these bonus points will have more meaning. I'm not really sure how they'd pull it off, but if you suddenly had some sort of mage-type job that was based on gladiator, things wouldn't be so cookie cutter like they are now.

    Even a Str based melee dps Job for Gladiator would change things up from Vit only to 30 Vit if you only run PLD/15/15 if you run both regularly/30 Str if you do melee dps only.
