In this game you're not so much paying for the price of arrows as you are justifying use of the salesfloor room by the stranger. I don't put anything up for sale that's not over 50k. That's just a half a r40 leve.

Your shell should be able to make all the arrow parts needed and put them together for basically nothing. Crafters just aren't usually interested in making the individual parts and right now good arrows dont matter.
