Auto Translator Issues...

• Section named 'Location' should be named 'Positions'
• Each subsection is limited to 50 items (like places, etc) with the exception of inventory items. Once full no more terms can be added to that section. (This is why sometimes some terms like Gridiana show up and other times they don't).
• Doesn't properly handle terms with spaces when used as part of a command (see videos). And using the auto-translator right after a quote (") doesn't work since the quote (") is included when looking for a match (doh!)

I also know these issues but you probably want to make a new thread for this issue since this is thread for me translating rep/sec posts posted on the forums (*´∀｀*)

Sorry I posted above right after I woke up from my phone.. anyways after watching your video the problem with doing the /equip command with auto is that on JP locale you don't need the quotation marks so it works fine on the JP locale mode but in other languages it wont probably work. You can try putting the quotation mark before typing the body part also imo.

But yeah in general the auto translate needs a lot of improvement... same problem with FFXI

When you attempt to type " then bring up the auto translator, it assumes the " is part of the phrase to look up, therefore yielding no results. Also, for the life of me why does the JP locale use "Main" and "Sub" while the EN locale uses "Main Hand" and "Off Hand" (abbreviated as mh and oh).

But yeah in general the auto translate needs a lot of improvement... same problem with FFXI

You don't say . I just do not know how to get THEIR ATTENTION.

This one is regards to post made on 1/10/2012 about having the items below xx% durability to be repaired since some people tries to repair stuff that's like 98% or 99% when it's unnecessary.

「耐久度○○％以下になったら修理」という設定については、
パッチ1.22以降にはなりますが実装できるよう検討を行っていきます。
It will be post 1.22 but we are looking into implementing this type of settings where if its below xx% to have it repaired.

以前コメントさせていただいた「耐久度○○％以下になったら修理」という件に関してお知らせです。
実装に向け検討を進めてきましが、開発コストが大きく、他の優先すべき開発項目があることから、
実装を見送ることになりました。
Update regarding the comment posted previously about repair after xx%.
We have been looking into implementation but the cost of development for this is big and looking from other tasks with higher priorities we decided to skip the implementation.

なお、新生では修理依頼のフロー自体が大きく変わる予定です。
現在、設計を進めているため、詳細についてはまだお伝えができないのですが、
新生での修理依頼に関して、具体的な仕様が見えてきましたら、ご紹介できればと思います。
In 2.0 the repair request flow is planned to change greatly.
We are still structuring the system so we can't talk about the details yet but once we have the details set for 2.0 repair requests I would like to let you know then.

Triairy doesn't know what this one is about and posted a wrong comment... but I guess I'll translate it.

Thread talked about how Harvesting, Quarry, Schooled (that right?) - gathering using the off hand tool is hard when you have 4-5 people at same spot since the gathering spot keeps on jumping around when one person checks.

Want harvesting to not be shared but make it personal spots, when I went to get mandrake there were 3 people there and drop rate is already low and on top of that now you have people there so it's harder to obtain.

副用具での採集回数は、他PCとは共有しておらず、自PCのレベルやステータスで採集回数が変わります。そのため、適正レベルに達していない場合は、採集回数が1回のみということもあります。
For the amount of gathering you can do with off hand tool isn't shared with other PC and it depends on own players level and status. For that reason if you're not at optimal level you may only be able to gather only once.

なお、適正レベルに達している場合でも採集回数が少ないときなどは、「操作力＋」が採集回数に影響を与えていますので装備を変更してみるといいかもしれません。
When you're at optimal level and still can only gather few time it's best to equip gear with Output+ so you may want to try that.

Triairy getting hit hard after this post by JP players saying that's NOT what we are asking and stuff like it just shows dev's don't care about gatherers after all. Feel sorry for Triairy although he/she is just a messenger...

But I agree if Triairy tried out him/herself or the devs tried gathering with off hand tool where there are other players they would of noticed this right away.... Also all comments posted by reps go through devs or YoshiP for approval first (aside from their own personal comments just like how NA reps post, those are fine and doubt needs to be checked lol)... so yeah... doubt it's something Triairy just responded without checking for this one...

but if they are actualy suggesting that you are "losing" the drop you want because other players are there, then they are the ones mistaken(and thats basicaly how im reading it)

yeah, i think thats what was meant to be said, but based on the translation, it actualy sounds like hes saying that they are taking away from his drops period

but yeah the response to it wouldnt have applied to either anyways

Meh mistake is understandable taken from the quote it sounds like they are implying that when gathering with the offhand attempts are based on the amount of people gathering. They didn't clarify that when multiple people are gathering the node hops around. There's no mention of the node hoping around it only states that in a literal sense, "When I am gathering it's harder to gather because there are so many people gathering with their offhand and this drop rate is alrdy low, it just makes it even harder to obtained" So it sounds like they are implying that the drop rate is lowered even more when more people are gathering, not the fact that node jumping makes it tedious to do when multiple people are gathering in the same area.
