i read in another thread, the dashing is a bonus effect of another skill. it only procs when there is 0 enmity on you.

No it does not go against the freedom Jobs= Endgame/ Full Party and Class= soloing/low manning so if you look at it it make sense and top of that what freedom you lose? you still using the job you like and about every job going to use the same spell they using now the only thing is that you can't cure as a Dps which should have been like that from day one.

For in-city teleport for other towns you can buy the pass from the Qiqirun NPC for 400k or 4000 CS it seems...
Was bit pissed off last night I only can get Limsa but this is good info... now have to check NPC and if it's really 4000CS I have to start making CS...

That's good news. I was pretty confused when I saw the pass as a GC exclusive item, but if a neutral vendor sells the others that's cool.
