It's kinda weird how they handle the info, as if the JPN and the EN reps are consulting the devs separately or something.

You know I noticed that too, like the JP rep responded to something a few days back and you, me or Farron and others translates it and when we get the Rep response on this side it's exact same but they put it like they asked for the info. Not saying it's wrong for them doing that but would be nicer if the Reps had place where One Rep responds in one region and they make translation to other languages so we all know what the rep is responding. Might have info we missed in the German or French response.

Even though the topic wasn't posted at that time when the other rep responded in their native language maybe some members wanted to know dev's response but didn't start a thread or something like that.

Oh well, thx for the link didn't see the English response (probably did but forgot) and should of posted on the JP side, I do that for some of the ones I catch US rep responded and no response in JP side.

Getting tired of the server fixes seriouzzzzzzly. Seems like this game cant have anything decent until they fix things their end. Probably diagnosing the coffee machine...

There are some posts by reps but its all lodestone and forum (website) related questions except for one asking if FFXIV is going to be casual MMORPG, response from the rep is as stated on letter 12; it will have contents for casual as well as for heavy players and will not go into one direction specific.

I took Friday off so I got lots of work to do this morning; once I clear those out I'll start translating the lodestone/forum stuff they posted - Went to Anime Expo saw 2 WHM, one was galka remember seeing him at FFXI Fan Fest lol

Makes you thing maybe they set out to do things with this game that weren't possible....
Non copy/paste zones with over a million subscribers... You think the game could handle that without being buggy, crashing or super lag?

ひとまずLodestoneとフォーラムの、公式のウェブサイト周りでの連携を検討してみますね。
時間を要するかもしれませんが、アップデートがあればまたお知らせします。
Will check if the website and forum can be linked, it may require some time but if we get any update will let you know.

ちなみにフォーラムはご推察のとおりvBulletinをベースにしています。
が、ログイン周りやDevTracker、キャラクター連動など、かなり独自のカスタマイズを加えていっています
Also the as you mentioned (others in the thread) the base is vBulletin but for login, DevTracker, Character data are self customized.

現在のブラックリストは、登録した人の会話をシャットするのみの機能ですが、
以下のような機能の追加を望みます。
Currently the black list feature only allows you to block that persons chat/shout only, would like to see something like the following added:

• パーティ募集の際にBL記載者の参加不可にする機能
  On recruiting party members making people in BL not able to join party.
• 募集されているパーティに入るときに先にBL記載者が入っている場合は、その旨の注意表示がでる。不快な思いをしてBLに入れている人が、募集を立てたPTに入ってきた場合にキックすることが容易でない等の理由です。
  When joining another party if the person that is in your blacklist exists then giving some type of warning message.

せっかくのBL機能をもっと利用できるよう拡張をお願いします。
It would be nice if we can get to utilize the BL feature more.

ブラックリストの拡張についてご意見ありがとうございます。本件について開発チームに確認してきたところ、フレンドリストと同じタイミングで機能拡張、見なおしを行う予定ですとのことでした。
Thank you for your suggestion regarding blacklist feature. We have checked with the dev team and they are planning to look over/change at the same time when the friend list feature is going to be improved.

不毛な議論で無駄に盛り上がってるスレッドを見なくて済むように
該当スレッド自体を新着に表示されないような変更ってできませんかね？
(Basically he's asking to be able to blacklist the thread not just the user, since some threads are ridiculous... troll threads for example.)

実現可能性含めてちょっと検討してみます。確かにあると便利かもしれませんね。
どこまでの対応が可能か、また見えなくすることで変なことにならないかなど検討してみます。
Will check if that is possible, I agree that it may be useful if we had that feature.
Will check how much we can implement, and check if any thing weird (bugs) may happen by adding this type of feature.

ただし、投票的な行為によって強制的にスレッドを落とすような機能についてはいったん切り分けます（危ない機能にもなりますので相当慎重に考える必要があります）。
But, will separate this so if it's a feature such as by polling to drop the thread. (It can be abused so needs to be carefully looked though)

The last part probably means to drop/lock thread/hide depending number of people vote to get it locked/hide the thread. Never seen a forum feature before but makes sense, people can abuse and drop threads with group of people just because they don't like the OP.
