Stage - Sony press conference in NY on the 20th ??? will they be in NY for that?
I guess the new part for me is the fact that it is some sort of media gathering, all viewing a presentation from Yoshi-P and the team. I had it in my mind that, like last time, it would be a number of one-to-one interviews. Perhaps this time its both.

stage in a sense "Now it's x's turn to take the floor".. kinda like any place where a person will stand to do his/her presentation (front of a class room, on an actual stage etc)

I did a media tour for XI at Fanfest 2008 (was representing onrpg.com) and it pretty much worked the same way. RPGamer, mmo.com and a few other media sites were there, and we gathered at first to do intro dinner and drinks..then we had a hands on media tour of the content that would be released in a future patch... then we were grouped in certain groups and had one to one access with Tanaka and dev team for interviews (of course, our questions were bounced back and forth via translators, but <3). My article on the event should still be floating around BG somewhere I think xD
I'm imagining it's sort of the same thing happening here, media tour-wise.

Where the hell did that come from?To all you people still going school, do your best and learn as much as you guys can.
Get the job you guys dreamed of, and never give up trying to get that job.
Don't be like me and give up half way and later on trying to get back up, it's not as easy. Specially after being married and having kids makes that 100x harder LOL. Feeling like "what the hell am I doing here at job" everyday isn't good.
You guys have a lot more chance than me or others who got on the same boat as me. (I know you guys are out there w)
Anyways that's what I wanted to say after watching Uchyuu Kyoudai... LOL
On a side note, I read this review on Gamespot about this game dealing with depression...and "playing" it (it's more of an animated short story than anything) kind of pulled at the heart strings.

Sorry to derail your topic. It just seemed a weird coincidence that this was brought up and this was something that I experienced last night. Carry on.![]()
Also, it really doesn't matter what your degree is in, getting a degree is a must, don't waist your time changing majors, it just costs you time and money. Unless you are going into a specialized field, all people who hire other people care about is if you can do the job or not.I'll add to that.
Don't half-ass your major. If you find yourself half-assing it, you're either not into it or it's not challenging enough for you, or both.
Find something else, or challenge yourself to be better than what your teacher expects of you.
Or else.
