Besides, it's not really explained anywhere how to even set your search. Clicking on your name to open a new window is not really something anyone considers when there's already an entire "search" interface on their screen.

BG guys are crazy on stuff like these... always been since I know them in FFXI besides reading their post they all seemed to have fun with Garuda so I don't see any problem, making content too damn hard will just take some players out of the loop so I think they just did it right, and unfortunately for the dev team they didn't see BG coming. If they want to make hard content they should watch how they play and counter their strategy lol.

Making it too hard to kill + too rare of a drop on weapons will completely lose players interest imo.
