レターライブ前ではありますが、こちらについては早めにご回答しておきますね。
It's before the letter live, but going to answer this one early.

私も和田社長退任で、新生FF14の開発及び今後の展開に影響が出るのかどうかを知りたいです。
I'm also wondering, with President Wada's resignation, if anything will be affected to FFXIV ARR's development and future development.

開発方針、開発姿勢、開発体制には全く影響ありませんので、その点はご安心ください。
「吉田は最近顔見せないねー、これの影響かな？」という声も見受けられますが、
単純にβ作業フル稼働で死ぬ思いをしているだけです（苦笑）
The development direction, stance, structure will not be affected at all, so please do not worry.
I hear some mentioning "Haven't seen Yoshida in a while, maybe it's because of this?",
but really I'm just working full on on the beta operation. (awry smile) (heh)

新生FF14はFFブランドを取り戻すという和田社長の大号令の下、
採算度外視で開発していただけに、今回のことで大きな影響がありそうで心配です。
二度失敗しないために完成度を上げるとかのんびりしたことを言えなくなる可能性もありますし、
サービス後の開発予算の配分や課金形態にも影響が出ることもありうるのかも･･･といろいろ考えてしまいます。
President Wada mentioned that for FFXIV ARR he will get it's FF brand back, and was developed without proft, I am worried if this is going to cause a major effect.
It's possible that you won't be able to easily say something like we're going to make it perfect so it doesn't fail again, also makes me wonder what's going to happen to the development budget post service start.

これらの方針も全く変わりはなく、全社の支援を受けつつ、新生のローンチに向けて突っ走ります。
むしろ新生FFXIVへの重責が更に強まった感はありますが、もとよりそれを覚悟してのプロデューサ兼ディレクタですし、
今後も不退転の覚悟で、皆さんに最高のゲームをお届けするために頑張ります！
For this one also, thre are no changes in plan at all, while we receive the full companies support we are charging towards ARR's launch. It also means that FFXIV ARR's responsibility has gotten stronger, but I was already prepared for that being the Producer/Director, we will continue to do our best to deliver the best game to everyone!
