Thanks so much for the 4Gamer article Rein. I'm going to check out your Producer Letter translation now...

This was the bit that I really liked from the 4Gamer article:

4 - Was thinking it was going to be something that happens here and there. What types are there?

Y - There are the basic ones where when lots of monsters pop up to defeat them, or helping Wood Wailers group take down bandit’s fort, there are many variations.
For the bandit’s fort, it’s where you take over the fort, once you can successfully defeat the boss you will have a NPC from Wood Wailer pop in place.

4 - So it’s difference between monsters or bandits.

Y - For bandit’s fort F.A.T.E. ends once you take it down, but after some time, the bandits will try to take back their fort, so there is a F.A.T.E. system to defend.

It sounds like possibly some of the FATEs will impact the surrounding areas. I'm glad to hear the world will be somewhat dynamic.

Yeah, you checked out the producer letter live? He showed this exact FATE where they take down the fort and was on defense afterwards.

Nothing much important.
4Gamer one the interviewer is asking Matsui - intro Matsui says he was in XI from service in and moved to XIV an came back after took over the roll from Tanaka. How he feels about XIV gonna get hyped about, he says he really learned a lot from YoshiP's producer's stance on how YoshiP is faithful to his players. 4Gamer asks what he thinks about Adoulin is going to release around same time XIV release - As for the release he says it may overlap on release but XIV's YoshiP is working hard to get the quality up on XIV and give the OK but from beginning they had no plans of changing the date.

Gamewatch one they just talking how he was in XIV team and he tells that until alpha he was actually working on XIV still. And he got pulled out of XIV team when he was fully 100% into XIV at that time back to XI.
