That seems like a totally appropriate response. I've posted translations on this forum before, in this very thread if I remember correctly. I'm simply stating a fact, an attempt at vigilante moderation is futile. Moreover, as I previously stated, an attempt to divide the discussion out of a thread and somehow have two simultaneous threads running, is a subversion of the format of well... a forum.

It doesn't matter how many times you call people names, or whether or not the OP requested you yell at people to go discuss things in another thread, people will always post in this thread, because that's how forums work. The problem will only become compound when the ARR forums go live and there's a huge influx of posters.

I'm not being incendiary, I'm trying to offer a solution (with a little bluntness to drive the point home) so that people who just want to see translations, archived, and uninterrupted by discussion can have their cake, and people don't have to waste time constantly yelling at people in this thread to go post in another thread.

Subversion, i.e. the act of subverting something. Not a sub version, and certainly not subversion(SVN).

Hope that clarifies what I'm assuming was a question?
