Secondly, wouldn't the regional servers we are supposed to be getting make that irrelevant.?

Regional servers indeed should fix most of that - the problem seems to only exist in places that have bad connection and/or have no regional server. Imo the problem isnt with the US so long as they are not using dial up lol.

Rein as Vil said, I want to verify. So if you use the armor at all it will be bound to you and you can no longer trade/share it? I wonder if that is their way of making it so you can have easier materia melds (so materia doesn't flood the system), and things will still be bought because while not being broken it cannot be resold.

hmm. Makes the guild bank a little scarier lol (But I like less frustrating materia and still good economy)
