It's not a beak, it's either a headress or a wing tip on the backside of her portrait.

There are a total of 8 primals in this image for those who couldn't figure it out, clockwise from the center top: Bahamut, Shiva, Titan, Ramuh, Odin, Leviathan, Garuda, and Ifrit. And a 9th bonus primal in the bottom right hand corner at the foot of Odin's trusty steed: King Moggle Mog the Moogle King of course.

Hm... first off, sorry for going Offtopic in this Thread, but right now i really wonder about the Shadow on the bottom left Corner.. could that be a hint to Siren? A Boat, with a Woman on it?!.. maybe im wrong, but for an Artwork that shadow doesn fit the rest of the picture and really implies to be a certain "object" in itself.

You are right... it does look like a woman in a kimono standing on a boat... didn't notice that til now.

If you look at the official image instead of the fan-edited one, that dark shape isn't there.
