I am very happy for all the responses we received from the SQUARE ENIX OPEN conference and todays Nico-nama denwa (Nico video, JP site like youtube, they have live telephone talk program I guess and he's gonna be in it)

あ、カンファレンスへコメント頂いている皆様へ。
Oh yeah, to everyone that commented regarding the conference,

どんなお仕事も、真剣に本気でやったら、疲れますし、大変だと思います。
でも今回、FFXIVの仕事を担当させて貰って、努力を続けること、精一杯働くことが、
いずれ結果につながっていくことをプレイしてくださる皆さんを通じて、実感させて頂いています。
本当にありがとうございます。
No matter what type of work, when you really work hard, you will get tired and I think it is hard. However through working with FFXIV by continuting to putting effort, continuing to working as hard as possible lead to an result in the end; this is what I have felt this through everyone playing. I really want to thank you all for that.

しかし、現実の仕事や学校生活の中では、たとえどんなに頑張っても「表立った結果」に繋がらないこともあります。ですが、頑張った経験は自分に残りますし、周囲の人はちゃんとそれを見てくれていると思います。
But in reality through work or going to school, there are times where no matter how much you try hard it doesn't produce the result you wanted, but the effor you put into it, that experience will remain with you, and I believe there are people around you that will was looking at that.

吉田はFFを背負う以上、「表立った結果」にこだわってこれからも努力を続けますが、
なによりも「一生懸命努力をする」ことが、大切だと思いますので、
少しでもそんな風に思って頂ければ幸いです
As for myself, since I am carrying FF with me I will continue to put effort to get the best results out. I believe it's really important to try as hard as possible and put in as much effort as you can so if you can feel the same I would appreciate much
