Thread talks about how they have same character name on same world which most likely being one person not logging in since the server merge a while back. Nien asked to try to fix this issue in ARR to avoid duplicate names in same world.

OK understood your post, we will check once the data is on ARR.
Also we are looking into making sure same character name doesn't exist so it should resolve this issue!
