HQ確率は現行版でも百分率で表示されています。これは新生版でも変更なく、百分率で表示されます。
HQ rate is being displayed as % right now and will not change in ARR.

Please get rid of physical craft and magic craft and put it together as one (wrote this on another thread.)
新生版では、製作関連のステータスが整理されますので、現状よりも各ステータスの効果がわかりやすくなる見込みです。
In ARR each status will be sorted out and also we are planning to make individual status easier to understand than current.
