ARR what will happen to underwear after race/gender change?

It's said you can change gender at ARR start timing through character make but what will happen to the underwear? will it be exchanged with new gender one?
There are also season items for gender specific and want to know what's going to happen to that as well.
こちらでもお伝えしていますが、新生版で性別を変更したキャラクターの性別専用装備については、何らかのかたちで対応できるように検討しています（具体的な方法論は現時点で確定していませんので、改めてお知らせできればと思います）。
As mentioned in another post at the timing of ARR start when you make changes to gender we will address this issue and currently being looked at. (The method is still not confirmed yet at current timing so will let you know once we have an update.)
