相手の許可なしに勝手にフレンドリストの登録可能な問題。
フレンドリストと呼ぶなら、本来は相手の合意を得る機能があるべきです。
There is a problem right now where you can register anyone without their permission to friend list.
If you're going to call it friend list it should have a feature when it gets approval from the other person.

現行版では、相手の許可なくフレンドリストに登録できてしまいますが、新生版では、フレンド申請することでフレンドリストに仮登録され、申請を受けると正式登録されるようになります。
このように、双方の合意がないと登録できないようになりますので、この点についてはご安心ください。また、新生版The Lodestoneのアチーブメントについては、非表示設定の導入も検討しています。
In current version you can add anyone to friend list without permission but in ARR by sending friend request it adds to temporary friend list and once accepted will be registered as official.
It will require both sides to accept to register so please don't worry about this part. Also for The Lodestone's achievements we are looking into hiding the visibility

Achievement stuff was asked on same OP's post where he/she wanted option to show/hide the visibility of achievements to friends only or public.
