「新生ではゼーメル無くなったりしないよなぁ」
In ARR DH won't be gone right?

はい、なくなりません。

「あの装備は現行版のみでしか手に入らないとかあるかな？」
Are there any gear which you can obtain from current version?

新生版で削除される一部アイテムを除き、入手方法や入手時期は変わる可能性はあるものの、現行版で入手可能なアイテムは新生版でも入手できるようになります。
Aside from the items being deleted in ARR although the method of obtaining or timing may change the items obtainable in current version will be available in ARR as well.

Aのアイテムを作るためには、Aのレシピを持っていないと作れないのかも疑問です。Aのアイテムの素材を持っていれば、レシピを持っていなくても作れるのかどうか・・・どうなんでしたっけ？
I'm wondering to create item A, will you need to have the recipe for A to create it.? Or can you create it as long as you have the materials needed to craft A? How did that work? (this one was answered before but I think he can't find that answer from the reps so checking once again)

新生版では、製作手帳にあるレシピのみ製作できるようになります。
In ARR you will only be able to craft from recipes you have in your crafting notebook
