Saw Bay posted official translation for 2nd half of yesterdays post so that's good.

Here's some more info on the arrows in 2.0

武器を選べば無限の矢がセットでついてくるに違いない。
矢込めスキル不要。カバンも軽くなる。よろしいのでは。
It must be where when you equip the weapon you get unlimited arrows as a set. Don't need skill to refill arrows and bag is going to be lighter so I think it's good.

はい、矢弾が廃止されることに伴い、弓に無限の矢がセットでついてきます。
アイテム枠を矢弾で消費することや、矢弾だけを購入する、矢筒に矢をこめるということはなくなります。
Yes, by getting rid of the arrows; bows will now come with unlimited arrows as a set. Therefore you wont need to spend a item slot for arrows or need to buy arrows or refill the quiver with arrows.

あと、懐具合を気にせずに乱れ撃ちし放題なのも地味に嬉しいかな。
でも、デバフ矢を切り替えて運用みたいな事が出来なくなりそうなのはチョイと残念・・・。
（何か別の手段が用意されるのかしら？）
Also I'm bit happy I can use barrage without worrying about money. But bit sad at same time that this will not allow stuff like switching to debuff arrows. (Maybe it's coming in a different method?)

デバフ効果については、アクション側で吸収することになり、アクションにデバフ効果が付くよう変更されます。
Regarding debuff effects - This will be absorbed through action side and will be changed to where the debuff effect will be attached on actions.

Nice. So archers/bard can switch debuff effects on the fly depending on the situation. Sounds convenient on our inventory bag and in the heat of battle.

I think he actually means they intend to stick with the stupid WSs have addition effects kind of debuffing. Awful.

Thats the only thing that bugs me about this game, the fact that spells and ws's debuff.
