I'm sure they're referring to monsters that are on par with your level, not something that's ten or more levels higher, or better yet, Behemoth. XIV is moving away from monster battles being the drive, the story of the game is the drive. So whats wrong with them designing it so monsters that shouldnt take very long, dont take very long to lay down.

I'm more curious about the regeneration of the TP itself, if you start a battle at full tp, then does TP regenerate per attack/damage received as now, or naturally as MP does. Or are they designing it so that when your claimed mob dies, your TP bar is refreshed completely to begin on the next target. Thats the question.
