As stated on that post I translate it's for some minor stuff like being able to focus on the chat log window and switching tabs or being able to scroll (guessing on the 2nd widget) without the use of mouse is not possible right now (I think... or can you???)
Ahh I see didn't get that from the original post. I basically never do any of those things xD.
