Quick question, wondering if I'm getting this right, but it sounds like that once you get the 3 Beastmen seals you'll no longer be able to obtain Beastmen seals and instead they'll be replaced by high lv currency?

That's what it sounded like from reading that person's original post.

Today I had first rank for Ale Port so went to get the seals while I already having the relic quest but when you have the relic quest the ranker reward changes from the seals to Kobolt, Ixali, Amalja currency.

Is that to say that the Hamlet requirements for Relics is a one time investment and once you obtain the seals along with the soiled Provisional, you no longer have to do the Hamlet requirement for future relics if you decided to go for more then one?

I have no clue as I don't have the relic quest going myself and we still can't clear the quest yet probably not till 1.22c
Hopefully you don't have to go through this crap over and over lol but knowing FFXI.... and if it was Tanaka he would do it... now would YoshiP do it... we don't know lol.

As far as the beastmen currency, has there been any solid info on when it's going to be implemented for use? Right now I just keep piling it up on one of my retainers hoping I can use it some day.

Nope no information regarding this one yet, I sold all mine to NPC when they announced they have no plans for them after JP players confirming this info couple times on the JP forums (was while back)... Now if they gonna say you need to bring in XXX currency for the final part of the relic quest it's gonna suck lol... orz

This is where my FFXI experience comes in. They say no use, I say "They made em for a reason, so I'll keep em tucked on a retainer for years if I have to."

I thought I remembered reading a rep post a while back saying they didn't have any plans for it, but they were looking into making it convertible to GC seals or something. That'd be nice at least. Maybe they won't be usable until 2.0 where they set up something like the BC battles again or something.
