The part is there are more than that persons post talking about this exact issue and Rep just picked up that persons post which was a statement agreeing to others talking about the same issue... If the rep was following the thread would of noticed that right away as well... For JP side of the forums they tend to keep everything related to one stuff in one thread unlike NA side that has 20-50 threads talking about one topic, so it's pretty easy to read and follow.

I get what Vedis is saying tho Reinheart The way they worded it sounds they are saying because other people are there gathering they have less chance to get the item which they are seeking. Even if the node moves around you still get your 5-8 attempts even tho it moves around.

Yeah I understand that one also but if they followed the thread posts they mention about how the ???? hops around so it's kind of lame running around when you got 4-5 people, might as well wait but then you got other people coming from other areas so you still end up running around racing to get the ???? target first.
