as of now the guy in your GC hall, for flames hes to the right, not behind the counter.

If a charm is casted on the articles (weapons/gear) why does it change effect when the player/user dies? The spell is casted on gear not the player. If they want to make it where if the player dies and the effect is gone to re-write the article where the charm is casted to bind the spell between the article and the user, which this article doesn't say.



NPC in your GC head quarters, there is new NPC just for sanction.

maybe it is damaged during gear damage penalty.
