Yeah, I highly Doubt there's going to be a delay, considering Golden Week. After Golden Week, E3 is around the Corner, they can't be worrying about 1.22 when the biggest event is around the corner that can change the course of this game in a Positive or Negative way. They are also go to do the best they can given how the servers are. So, I really don't think 1.22 is going to be delayed.

E3>1.22 atm so they HAVE to get this out by end of April, so they can focus all there Power on E3 related stuff.

It's just players questionnaire famitsu/connect On does time to time to try and get info from the devs to post in their next magazine. None of the questions really stand out except for #4 which asks players to go into imagination mode and saying there is a rumor in Eorzea that there is a hidden primal in 1.22 what do you think this hidden primal is and why was it hidden?
Probably doesn't mean anything but who knows lol.

こちらについては、新たに実装されたアイテムを預け入れすることで、

Sounds like Envy stopped playing before they added Mog Slips since it is possible to store armor by pieces now with just a one time charge of the mog slip lol.
