Previously I have commented the following.

この2つのドロップ率については、調整を検討しているのですが、
ドロップ率を上げた場合でも、やはり人によっては取得できない！ということは考えられるため、
「ドロップ率を100％にし、一度に取得できる数を減らす」方向で検討を行っています。
For these two drop rates we are looking into adjustments but even if we increase the drop rate there will be people that will say I can't obtain it! so we are looking into making the drop rate to 100% and lowering the amount obtainable at once.

とコメントさせていただき、検討を続けてきましたが、
ドロップ率を調整するのではなく、NPC“ロウェナ”で交換する際の交換レートを、
パッチ1.22にて調整することで対応を行う予定です。
But instead of adjusting the drop rate we are planning to adjust the trade rate at the NPC in patch 1.22

• 焔神のトーテム像　10個 → 5個に変更
  Totem - from 10 to 5
• クポの実のお守り　20個 → 10個に変更
  Kupo (moogle item) - from 20 to 10

これは、毎回必ず同じパーティメンバーで挑むわけではないことから、
この仕様にするよりも、交換レート側を調整した方が、
より多くの人が武器を入手できる可能性が高くなると判断したためです。
We decided on this method since the fights are not always challenged with static party so instead of making previous mentioned changes to change the trade rate would make it possible for more people obtain the weapon.
