For Aegis and Durandal worlds mainly there is an issue where it causes heavy load on the CPU while processing through the server. (If the game feels heavy guessing this CPU load is the reason)

負荷以外の要因での空転原因を調査中です。
We are currently investigating other factors than the load issue since other worlds with heavier loads is working regularly.

続報です。
処理の空転原因となりそうな要因を発見して、修正コードは作成完了しました。
それと同時にワールド再起動によって、空転が発生せずに、
自然安定状態に近づきつつあります。
Here is the update.
We have discovered the issue and applied the repair code .
At same time we restarted the world and close to being stable

（個別にログイン不能の現象は別途調査中です）

修正コードは、さすがにQA検証が無いまま、
ワールドへ適用することは避けたいと思いますので、
明日の朝からQAチームによる検証後、適用検討に移る予定です。
For the repair code we would like to avoid applying to the world without going through QA process so will have the QA team check from morning and planning to look into applying.

今夜は、緊急監視体制のまま運用を続けて状況をみる判断をしました。
For tonight decided to continue operation by observing closely and checking on the situation.

マクロに関しては現象を特定しましたが、復帰手順を策定中です。
マクロそのものが消滅したわけではなく、既に数人の方にご指摘頂いているように、
一部キャラクタについて、マクロを保存している参照先フォルダが、変更になったために発生しています。
（保存していたマクロの復帰方法等は、追ってしっかり検証を行った後、
アナウンスさせて頂く予定です）
こちらもご不便をおかけしてしまい、誠に申し訳ありません。
Also we have discovered the issue with the macro and working on method to fix The macro itself isn't deleted but like other few have mentioned some characters macro folder changed which is causing this problem (Planning to announce how to restore the saved macro once checked through)
