For regular item turn ins I believe the cap is still there, if not why would they put that information about the Ex/Rare item without the cap if both are going to be without in the first place.

Say item turn in for lumber was 3000/3000 after 28 hours it's going to reset to 0/3000

**should talk about this on another thread** lol but like me and few others posted on that JP thread, doing this only allows those few people who trade in items instantly to instead of having them stand every monday morning but to stand there every 28 hours... would of been happier seeing devs implement system where it's per user cap, instead of per GC cap, but then again someone did say if that person already capped on GC Company Seals he/she wouldn't even need to bother so just need to wait for then I guess...
