Just like yesterday Yoshida P is running around getting ready for the patch release so I'll comment in his place.

「第3回プレイヤーズアンケート」は、公開するだけの状態です。
For "3rd players poll" we just need to release it. (it's ready)

当初の予定では、アンケートを実施しているタイミングなのですが、ワールド統合の見直しを行ったことなどもあって公開延期としました。
ではそろそろ良いかな。と考えていたのですが……
今度はパッチ1.21のリリース時期に近づいてきたため、パッチ1.21以降での実施を予定しています。
と 言うのも、アンケートには「バトル」や「製作/採集系」の項目があり、実施スケジュールがずれ込んだのであれば、パッチ1.20cまでの状態でアンケート を実施するよりも、パッチ1.21の状態に触れた後でアンケートに回答していただいたほうが、より鮮度が高く、より有意義な結果につながるのではないかと 考えているからです。
（ちなみに、今回のアンケートのテーマは「FFXIV全般と新生」です。）
Original plan was to release the poll already but due to the world server merge changes we had to delay the release.
So we were thinking maybe now it's good timing but....
We now have patch 1.21 release right around the corner so we are planning to release after the patch, reason we are doing this is because the poll has question/categories related to Battle, Crafting and Gathering so instead of asking on current state from 1.20c but answering the poll after trying out 1.21, that way we are thinking we can better result fro mthe poll. (Also this poll's theme is overall FFXIV and regarding 2.0)

長らくお待たせしていますが、「そういうことなら待つよ！」と暖かい気持ちでパッチ1.21共々、今しばらくお待ちいただけると幸いです。
