Some additional info on food/potion from Triairy

薬飲んでも食事効果は消えないに決まってると思ってるんだけど。
I'm guessing the medicine effect wont erase the food effect but.

食事アイテムと薬品アイテムの効果は完全に分かれていますので、互いの効果が上書きされることはありません。よって、薬品アイテムを使用したあとに、食事アイテムを使用しても薬品の効果は消えません。
Food items and Medicine item effects are completely separated and it wont overwrite each others effect. By that you can use medicine item then use food item and it wont erase the medicine items effect.

経験値ボーナスの大小は食事の種類によるんでしょうか。
Are there exp bonus different depending on the food type?

食事アイテムによる経験値ボーナスは、食事の種類にかかわらず一律です。
For exp bonus through food items the amount is same no matter what type of food you eat.
