JP side has a thread asking if you can edit the console tray to modify which icons to display or hide or move the order of icons. Here's reps response to this one.

It is possible to have an option to add/delete/move the console tray (icons) but the cost to do this is very high so will look into this one along with other implementations and the priority between them.

当初はアクションバーにアクションバーのポップアップヘルプON/OFFのアイコンを入れる予定だったのですが、
仕組み上、アクションバーには入れることができなかったため、
アクションバーになるべく近いコンソールトレイに追加を行いました。

Original plan was to have the popup help for the action bar help in the action bar but due to the structure this was not possible and therefore we added the icon in the console tray which was closest to the action bar.
