This point has to deal with? If I ignored the fact SE stated that the way the gear and coloring system works in an already convoluted manner, it would be a problem, however given the system of this specific game I don't see a problem. Do I like it? I don't have a preference for or against it because it's well known XIV's systems are poorly designed foundation wise, which SE even admitted. They could simply shut the game off and wait till next year when they relaunch it with a better foundation, or they can work with what they got.

Just out of curiousity have you even played Aion or Rift to experience what Viion is suggesting ?
Yep, played Aion up until last year and played Rift till last month. I've even played (insert mass produced korean MMOs here) and all MMOs have some type of interface for dying, shit even one chinese MMO I play has a 1 step dye process, you just speak with an NPC and it opens a color scheme/design table and it changes it on the fly.
