I wasn't implying that there would be a sudden drastic or instantly noticeable change. My point is that it will have an effect on the game in the long run. That effect may not be apparent for another few months, to even a year, but it will be there. Maybe whoever replaces him will be more creative and brilliant with his designs, and craft a world that feels 10x more alive and unique than the current one. I have no way of knowing either way. At this point we can only have faith in the team.
