    I run everything on max and get 60 fps according to Fraps, which runs very smooth, I wonder how much of a visual hit i am going to take with it being moved to 30 fps :/

    To clarify what Betelgeuzah eluded to, it is an option you can turn on. So, say you want to limit the draw on your GPU and PSU, you can cap the FPS at 30, if you are comfortable with that (e.g., crafting all day while watching Netflix).
