弱い装備は白くして
「装備が弱くなったら色が消えて白になるから、売るなりマテリア化して次の装備を探すといいよ」
装備不可の場合はグレーにして
「色がグレーなのはランクが足りないか別のクラス専用だね、クラスを変えるかランク上げてみて」
"When equipment is weak the color changes to white, so sell it or make it into a materia and look for another gear"
or making the non-equipable gear gray
"If the color is gray, your rank is low or it's for different class, so try and change class or gain rank"

の方が分かりやすいかな、と思うのですが。
慣れれば気にならなくなるのかな
I think like above is easier to understand, but if they get used to it I guess it doesn't really matter maybe.
