meme started a thread on being able to open multiple windows (in-game windows) for situations like looking at journal while looking at items, or gear, etc... and the Rep responded for this one.

The dev team also acknowledges that not being able to open multiple windows is a problem.But with current UI system we cannot implement this feature, this will be long-term but along with changes to all the UI will make sure this will also be added.
