I do hope that either airship or Chocobos are in the works though as well as a massive overhaul on the anima system.

In another post, he said he was doing his best to try to get airships implemented for 1.19. I dunno if I'd say it's a solid confirmation, but it has a decent chance of happening.

I got the impression that come 1.19, they'd be implementing airships in some limited fashion just to give us another form of transportation with further improvements upon it in future patches. Which seemed to be a reasonable plan for getting it out by 1.19.

Yup, i remember a mention of a Chocobo Escort quest and possibility of having Airships by 1.19 but they wont be flying over the world map.

JP has same thread as the NA side about ways to have players spend the gil to control the economy and YoshiP has responded a while ago so here's the translation for that.

In patch 1.19 3country Airship/Chocobo Related/Materia Craft/Recipe improvements should increase ways to utilize the gil.

I don't think people realize how disappointed they'll be when Chocobos finally drop. It'll be more of a "oh, so why wasn't this in from launch again?" type of feeling.

The game itself does suck, but I still grind and chat with friends daily. And, yes. There are plenty in things in life that I enjoy besides this. You don't know me at all, hop off.
