    Rein, You're amazing and fantastic, maybe you could help clarify if he meant the finished product will be "15%" better, or if you will have the option to boost it by 15%(Textures/ Draw distances/ whatever graphical effects)

    Yoshida: Yes the quality will increase by about 15 percent. With this engine the main feature is with any hardware being used when the camera is on character it looks beautiful. So basically when the character is taking most of the screen or in situation when you don’t want to show much characters or when taking own screen shots and closing in on the camera. For those type of situations including PS3 or any hardware to be equal. With different environment the textures resolution might drop or the LOD’s optimal distance might shorten but will make it blend with surrounding so there shouldn’t be any difference when it’s heavily played or when looking at still image.
