Only one today, the other post are about people not knowing about some forum features so the reps explaining how it works and stuff so going to skip.

Baburu started a thread requesting to be able to transfer character to another server and the rep responded for this one. Snowman also touched a bit on character name change, looks change, race change in the thread.

私たちも実施できるようにしたいとは思いますが、申し訳ないですが時期についてはのメドは現時点では具体的に言えるタイミングではありません。ゲーム外の 付加サービスについても適時検討していきたいと思いますので、リクエスト等あれば今後の参考にさせていただきますのでお寄せください。
We would also like to make this possible and I'm terribly sorry but at current timing we cannot say when this will be available. We will also be looking into services outside of the game as well so if you have any requests please let us know so we can use it as future reference.

1点だけ、
One thing though,

鯖移転サービス、名前変更サービス、容姿変更サービス、種族変更サービス、、、
こういうのは、どのネトゲでも末期になってグッダグダになって過疎ってから実装されるんですよね。
Server change service, name change service, looks change service, race change service... these things are normally stuff that gets added when net game is about to end or when it starts falling.

これはそんなことはないと思いますよ。
（具体的な他タイトル名を挙げての会話を継続することは望みませんが、一般論としてそのような状況が大勢を占めているという事実は無いと考えます。）
I don't think that's true.
(I don't wish to continue this by naming other gaming titles but personal opinion I don't believe it means the game (other games doing this) is in those situations.
