This one, some asked what's going to happen at end of January after the 30 days from final server down date. When going by original forum rule, if you don't have subscription going you wouldn't be able to post on the forums so they are just checking if this will happen.

2012年9月30日の段階で課金していた方は、引き続きログインできるようですね。
スクエニアカウントでも契約終了日が2013/03/31の方は問題ないかと。
[link above (jp site link)] For those people who paid at the timing of 2012, September 30th can continue to login. For those showing account ending date of 2013, March 31st on SE's account page shouldn't have any problems.

最終ログインの如何によらずフォーラムに書き込むことができます。
（現時点では既にログイン記録を参照していません）
For those of you that had an active account at the timing of end of September would be able to post on the forums no matter when the last login was.

I guess JP side Beta application had a bug where the app form went to the German page. This one just confirms it's fixed now.

はい、レガシーキャンペーンの条件を満たしている方は応募サイトから応募していただく必要はありません。
フェイズ1開始時に自動的にβテストの権利を付与させていただきます。
ただし、βテストをPlayStation 3版でプレイしたい場合は、応募が必要になります。
Yes. If you qualified for the Legacy campaign requirements, you do not need to apply from the application site. You will automatically get Beta test privilege when Phase 1 starts. However, if you would like to play the Beta test on PlayStation 3 version, you will need to apply.

FF13のβ参加権を持っている人はどのタイミングでβに参加できるのでしょうか？
At what timing can those with FF13 Beta Pass participate in Beta?

FFXIIIのキャンペーンコードを持っており、かつPlayStation 3版でのテストを希望される方は、
PlayStation 3版のβテストが始まるフェイズ3以降の参加になります。
For those with FFXIII campaign code and would like to participate in PlayStation 3 version Beta test. You will participate Phase 3 and after where the PlayStation 3 version Beta test starts. (Note: Triairy put 以降 ikou - meaning 'post' after the Phase 3 rather than without, so I translated Phase 3 and after.)
