Rein I keep hearing mention of a post in the JP forums of what is going to happen to the current +1,+2, and +3 items come 1.20. Some are saying the post said NQ and +1 will become the new NQ and +2 and +3 will become the HQ. Some are saying NQ and +1 will become NQ, +3 will become HQ, and +2 will tallied up to see how many there are before they make a decision.

Have you seen or heard anything about a dev post like this? I made a thread about it but no one seems to know for sure.

Reinheart, I must say, this thread is really something special. I remember when the official forums were just announced, I sent a suggestion to SE to merge the different language forums onto the same forum, because I felt like if the Japanese forum was separate we would always be behind the curve in keeping up with discussions. I posted about this on a different FFXIV forum and people thought it was crazy that you would have people of all languages on the same forum interacting with each other. So I was really happy when I saw SE did in fact use a unified forum, putting us closer in touch with our Japanese brethren. You really, all by yourself, have bridged the gap between the Americas and the Pacific. I'm very glad that you do this for the community.

Response to why Alchemist and Culinarians got left out from materia craft.

パッチ1.19では調理、錬成以外の改修項目になっていますが、
パッチ1.20では、食事や薬品などの全面的な効果の見直し、レシピ改修を予定しています。
With patch 1.19 the changes are for those other than culinary or alchemy, but with patch 1.20 we are planning for overall changes to effect of food and medicine and recipe changes.

錬金術師、調理師の皆さんには大変申し訳ありませんが、今しばらくお待ちいただければと思います。
We are sorry for all the Alchemist and Culinarians but if you if you could please wait a little more, would greatly appreciate.

Hello,

アクションバーのアクション名とヘルプに関して、皆川と確認しました。
Checked in with Minagawa regarding action bars action name and help.

1.19以降にはなってしまいますが、まずアクションバーに表示されるアクションヘルプ自体のON/OFF機能を実装する予定です。そしてその実装後になりますが、アクション名以外のアクションヘルプだけをON/OFFできる機能の実装も行っていくことになりました。
It will be post 1.19 but first off planning to add a feature to set ON/OFF for action help itself displayed on the action bar. After that implementation will also look into implementing feature to turn ON/OFF on those other than action help name.
(guessing they mean specific parts within the help? like leaving MP cost and stuff but turning off the description?? they didn't make this part clear on what they mean.)

Checked with the dev team regarding after officially joining one nation for Grand Company.

１．一度所属すると他の所属への転籍は可能なのか。
Once you join one nation is it possible to switch?

1度正式入団を行うと、違う都市のグランドカンパニーへの所属、転籍を行うことはできません。
Once you officially enlist you will not be able to join or switch to another nations grand company

２．同じ国に所属した人同士ではないとグランドカンパニーをＰＴで遂行できないのか。（FF11のミッションのように）
2. Do we have to party with people from same nation to advance in Grand Company (Like FF11 missions)

違う都市のグランドカンパニーに入団している人とでも、グランドカンパニークエストを行うことができます。
またPT内に3都市すべてのグランドカンパニー所属メンバーがいると、いくつかのクエストでいいことがあるかもしれません。
You can still do the Grand Company quests with those from other Grand Company nations. When in party if there are members from all 3 nations (3 people from different nations) with some quests there may be good things.

３．クリアした人でも手伝いで参加することは可能なのか。（一度クリアすると参加できないなど）
3. Can those that cleared the quest can help and join? (If cleared once can't participate)

自身がクリアしたクエストでもお手伝いすることは可能です。
If it's a quests you already completed you can help.
