I believe it refers to the area at the end of the video we saw, when they run up to some npcs. I thought it might have been Toto-Rak entrance but it seems it's a new dungeon.

I may have read the translation incorrectly but it is beginning to sound like a point to point leveling progression similar to Tera. I have no problems with that but it is going to require a great deal of content on top of the dungeon, crafting and levee content mentioned. I hope that they are imaginitive with this or it could become boring after a time. Have I read this correctly?

Actually is is TamTara as can be seen in a video with better quality (the name pop ups when they get close to it). Also now it will be an instanced dungeon like TotoRak, so yeah, technically it is a new dungeon too.
