It's fun doing this translation stuff, had a dude who passed by me in game and waved and started chasing me... was like WTF!? and he did a trade on me.. so I said ok... and he gave me suitblack subligar for free for translating lol, I already had one but more subligar never hurts

Not sure if these answers are interesting but here's the answer

どうやって自分の武器・防具がマテリア化するのか？　使いこなして一定を超えるとマテリア化可能になるのか？
How do you make your weapon/gear into materia? Do you have to equip/use over time to make it into materia? (asked this although we had answer before, just to confirm/try get more info.)

正解です。
改めて書くとこのようなステップになります。
That is correct,
It will be in the following steps

（1）武器／防具を装備していると愛着度が溜まります。
While equiping the weapon/gear it will increase your attachment (like feeling attached) towards weapon/gear
（2）愛着度が一定値を超えると、マテリア化をするかどうかを選択できるようになります。
Once your attachment goes over certain point, you can choose to materia or not.

ただし装備品のなかには、マテリア化ができないものもあります。
Some gear you would not be able to change them to materia

マテリアをつけはずしができるのか？
Can you put the materia on/off?

NPCに依頼することで、装備品からマテリアを外せます。
By requesting the NPC you can take off the materia from equipment.

この際、装備品は残りますが、外したマテリアは消えてしまいます。
By doing this the equipment will stay, but the materia you took off will be gone. (orz that kind of sucks... I guess had to make it so you make sure what you put it on.)

マテリアクラフトで強化した武器をまたマテリア化できるのか？1回限定？それとも何回かできる？
Can you materialize the equipment that has materia attached already? 1 time only? or can do multiple times?

何度でもマテリア化できます。
You can materialize as much

また「マテリアをつけた装備はトレード可能です」と言っていて、「マテリア（だけ）をトレード可能」とは言ってなかったと思います。
They said you can trade equipment with materia but didn't say you can trade just the materia.

マテリアをつけた装備品も、マテリアもトレード可能です。
You can trade both equipment with materia, or materia alone.

ただしEx属性の装備品の場合には、従来通りトレードすることができません。
But if the equipment is Ex status then just like regular you wont be able to trade.

物品調達とクエストのマークが同じ件について、違うものにわけることはできるか開発チームと確認してきました。
Talked to the dev team if it's possible to have delivery and quest mark different.

現在の仕組みではそれぞれに異なるマークを表示することはできないため、将来的に仕組みそのものを変更するタイミングでの対応として検討していくことになりました。
With current we cannot make this possible but in future when we make changes to the mechanism we will look into this

That's Famitsu's FFXIV magazine, they used to have one for FFXI called Vana'diel Tsushin which had new interview, monster data, quest guides, strategy info for missions,etc. They going to release one for FFXIV called Eorzea Tsushin, comes out today in Japan... wish I can get but here in Cali for magazines takes day or two and today being Friday doubt they will have in the stores till Monday.

I'll check the stores Monday for them since I wanted to get it anyways and post any interesting info that hasn't been talked. But most likely the JP side someone might start bringing up info today if they are nice enough
