




Update SS save folder in 1.22a

Hello,
スクリーンショット保存先フォルダの変更について新生での対応予定をお伝えしていましたが、現行版でも検討を進めた結果、パッチ1.22aで実装することが可能になりましたのでお知らせです。
I have mentioned previously that we are planning to be able to change the screen shot's default save folder but after looking into possibility with current version we are able to release this in patch 1.22a so wanted to let you know.
現行版での対応は、FINAL FANTASY XIV Configに「スクリーンショットの保存先フォルダ」の項目が追加され、任意のフォルダを指定することができるようになるというものです。
With current version the screen shot default save folder will be added to the FINAL FANTASY XIV Config and you will be able to choose a folder optionally.
こんな感じになる見込みです↓

There was a ability for one of the crafters which description said it will use both tools to craft or something... can't find the actual English name of that ability since most database sites already updated with 1.22 abilities... orz
Anyways JP side wanted to know what was it's actual use since mostly no one used it and it's gone now in 1.22.

I will give out the info for this request
両面作戦の効果は、主道具/副道具を両方装備している場合、物理加工/魔法加工/変質制御のパラメーターについて、主道具と副道具でより高い方が使われるようになるというものでした。
For this abilities effect if you have both primary/secondary tool equipped it will use the higher parameters from craftmanship / magic craftmanship / control on which ever tool
そのため、片方の装備のパラメーターすべてが、もう片方のパラメーターより高い場合や、そもそも片方しか装備していない場合は効果が発揮されませんでした。
For that reason if one equipments parameters were all higher than the other tool or if you only had one tool there was no change in effect.

ウルダハに3つ、リムサに3つ、グリダニアに3つで計9つのストリートを1つにしてほしいわけではなく、
ウルダハに1つ、リムサに1つ、グリダニアに1つで計3つのストリートにしてほしいという要望だと思います。
I think you misread the OP's post he doesn't talk about making 3 streets in Ul'dah, 3 in Limsa, 3 in gridania total of 9 street's into one, but instead request to have 1 street in Ul'dah, 1 in Limsa, and 1 in Gridania to just make 3 streets. (talking about how they wanted everything in one instead of going to those specific market area to check other cities market)

Sorry, read it wrong.
Regarding combining each cities streets into one was the original system we were developing but due to direct buy issue we had to do it in this manner. Therefore with current version it will remain as is, please understand.
現状では、これ以上呼び鈴の場所を増やす予定はありません。ただ、呼び鈴に人が集まり過ぎてしまうなどの状況が発生し続いてしまうようであれば、再度検討を行います。
Currently we don't have any plans to add more bells, however if there are too many people around the bell and causes issue we will look into this again.
各交易紹介ストリートの中央に呼び鈴が設置されています。
There is actually a bell in middle of that street.





One more rep post but that's just answering someone saying they can't login to the Lodestone website so nothing important for us since it's that user's glitch on her/her browser.

Pretty sure you guys saw the 3min Garuda kill video using BLM's right?
Well there is an issue with that although YoshiP understands it's not something normal players can just copy and try the same since you need to have double/triple melded gears in order to even get that close.

上記についてですが、真ガルーダ討滅戦のガルーダAIのモード移行時に、
残HP割合チェックが外れていたために発生しています。
こちらについては、処理の修正を検討中です。
Regarding above (3min kill video) there is a remaining HP check issue in Garuda's AI and for this one we are looking into modification to fix it.

そうですね、禁断もきっちり準備をした上で、
極限までDPSとタイミングを突き詰めた結果と思って拝見しています。
動画では簡単に見えても、単純なトレースでは、上手くいかないとは思います。
Yes, it requires to be equipped with gears with multiple melds,
It's due to getting the highest DPS and timing.
Even though it looks easy in the video, just by simply copying it wont go as well.
ですが、やはりエンドコンテンツとして、
今回の攻略方法が最速になるようには設計はしておらず、開発側の仕様漏れですので、
できるだけ「長く色々なクラス/ジョブ/DPS効率」をお試し頂けるように、調整を検討しています。
However for an end content we didn't plan it where this type of strategy is used and it's developments design flaw so we are looking into making adjustments where you can try with different class/jobs/DPS effectiveness.

Also, Looks like there will be a maintenance that makes it so Garuda will do that big move once her HP gets below a certain point... no matter how much time has elapsed....
