




Regarding congestion during instance raids.

インスタンスレイドの混雑によりご迷惑をおかけしています。
We apologize for the inconvenience the instance raid congestion is causing.
先週のメンテナンスにおいて、オーラムヴェイルについては、
空インスタンスを占有してしまうバグに関しては修正が完了しています。
カッターズクライについてはまだバグが続いておりますが、
こちらも近日実施予定のメンテナンスにおいて修正される見込みです。
With last weeks maintenance Aurum Veil (that right?) bug for empty instance slot being take up has been addressed and finished. For Cutters Cry the issue still remains and we are planning for another maintenance in up coming days to resolve this issue as well.
またインスタンスレイド内が重いという件についても認識しております。
こちらについても現在調査を進めておりますので、進展があり次第お知らせいたします。
We also acknowledge and confirmed that within instance raid also being laggy.
We are currently investigating on this one as well and once we have an update will let you know.



I know just after release there were pretty bad lag issues. The server response was so horrible during JP time that I literally couldn't do any fishing due to the time it took between the client and server to talk to each other, so I'd end up losing everything I caught.

現状、開発/運営チームはウルダハゾーンのダウンと、
インスタンスレイドの高負荷問題、コンテンツ混雑問題の解消に向け、
一部スタッフは、パッチ1.22の作業よりも優先度を上げて対応中です。
ご不便をおかけしてしまい、まことに申し訳ありません。
Currently the development/management team is addressing the issue at higher priority than 1.22's work for fixing the Ul'dah's server down issue and Instance Raids being heavy and content being crowded. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.
またインスタンスレイドの占有問題については、
レイドインスタンスの外側にタイマーを設ける処理を施し、
タイマーが条件を満たした際、占有を強制解除する仕様となっています。
そのため、瞬間的に「プレイヤーが0なのにインスタンス数が減って見える」場合があります。
Also for the Instance Raid issue (empty instance slots being taken as slot being used by party), we are going to put a timer on the outside of the Instance Raid and once the timer meets the requirement to force release the space occupied. For that reason there may be situation for a moment where there is no players but looks as if the amount of instance is less.
なお、現在は更にインスタンスレイドの高負荷解消と上記問題解消のため、
処理調整だけでなく、サーバ増強などの根本対応を行っていますので、
もう少々お時間をください。
Currently for the instance raids, not only are we working on fixing/making adjustments to get rid of the heavy load (lag) but we are also going to address the issue by strengthening the server foundation.
今週末のピークタイムまでには、なんとか間に合わせたいと、全力で作業中です。
Would like to make this happen before this weekends peak time. We are working full on.

I hope not... really looking forward to 1.22 lol + he said in a mini interview on some magazine he really wants to make it happen before golden week so him/his staff don't have to worry too much during the holiday. (source from 2CH so not sure where that one is from)
