2nd is about the request repair feature will turn off automatically when you're out of gil, dark matter, or when all requested gear is fully repaired.

3rd seems they will separate materia by class of HQ and NQ quality...(stackable materia?)

They've already given an approximation (end of the month), just haven't given an exact date/time yet.

can also be interpreted that this is the last thing they need to get the patch out and they wanna make sure its actualy ready

The french dev post says exactly the same thing as in Reinheart's translation, so it's hard to tell ...

It says last verifications concerning quest jobs, not necessary last verifications on patch 1.21.
