Most probably noticed this one where when you're still in the login client and click on PLAY on the title screen or when you log out the volume suddenly gets loud for that split second or w/e.
Rep response regarding that one.

Good Evening,
こちらは不具合ではありませんので、「不具合報告」から本カテゴリに移動させていただきますね。
This isn't a bug so I will move this thread from Bug Report to this category.
現在の仕様では、タイトル画面のサウンドとインゲームのサウンドの仕組みがわかれており、
インゲームのサウンドコンフィグは、PC(プレイヤーキャラクター)に紐づいて保存されています。
With current setup the title screen's sound and in-game sound is separated and the in-game sound is saved through PC (player characters) config data.
新生では、タイトル画面/インゲーム関係なく共通のサウンド設定が行えるようになりますが、
新生までは、上記のように仕組みが違うことから、タイトル画面用のサウンドコンフィグを設ける方向で検討を行います。
With 2.0 you will be able to configure title screen/in-game sound together but until 2.0 because the setup is different we will be looking into be able to add sound config setup for the title screen.

Thanks for the feed back.

This one sounds like they plan to move the external configuration.exe into the actual game client, thank god !Most probably noticed this one where when you're still in the login client and click on PLAY on the title screen or when you log out the volume suddenly gets loud for that split second or w/e.

Also kinda tossin this out there, i think its been talked about before but, would be cool to be able to sit in chairs and stuff, like in the adventurers guild and such. tiny thing not a big deal, but would be cool if ya could. (Also i know some tarutarus would love to be able to hop up and sit on tables kinda like in the intro to limsa storyline you see this)

You can already do this, just type /sit next to an empty chair/stool.Also kinda tossin this out there, i think its been talked about before but, would be cool to be able to sit in chairs and stuff, like in the adventurers guild and such. tiny thing not a big deal, but would be cool if ya could. I think he's asking more about tables/chairs at the adventures guild or other places like miners guild for example. JP players also asked about that in the past don't remember if rep responded to those.
I remember they said stuff about not being able to add beer/alcoholic beverages in game when people were talking about drinking beer while sitting by the table.

I've had frequent lag spikes in Uldah, but I copped that out to people, and the server trying to choose which 40 people to load lol. For the most part XIV is running less laggy than my Sims 3 Pets right now -.-, thanks EA a-holes!
I think it was wise of SE to not add commas to numbers just for this reason...Idk about the rest of Europe but in france a comma is along the lines of a decimal point, so 1,000,000 would really be 1.000.000 to them. our version or 1mil to them is 1 000 000 just no commas no periods, just spaces.
I don't know how Japan does it, but I think its a smart move to just leave it as 1000000 since there are different cultures playing the game who perceive numbers differently lol.
Good thing I picked Gridania...YAY ^^, I mean LL is a good one too if you picked LL YAY also ^^, getting around those two cities will be much easier for people who chose that GC at least.Be able to warp from one part of city to another instead of walking all the way. Kind of like FFXI's Windurst teleport taru's
Problem with this one is YoshiP promised there isn't much thinking needed when choosing which GC to join, now the reps are saying that the warping feature will only work better on your own GC city so JP players are like WTF!?

If your language/formatting preferences are set correctly in your OS, it's very easy for a programmer to format numbers according to your language/region preferences. In Windows 7, go to the Region and Language area of the control panel and click on Additional Settings button of the first tab and you'll see what I mean. If you're going to write software designed to run in multiple regions, there's no reason not to support regional preferences.I think it was wise of SE to not add commas to numbers just for this reason...Idk about the rest of Europe but in france a comma is along the lines of a decimal point, so 1,000,000 would really be 1.000.000 to them. our version or 1mil to them is 1 000 000 just no commas no periods, just spaces.

Not going to post this one on the OP but
http://goo.gl/76u1p Foxclon is saying they fixed the issue where the avatar on the forum through mobile site was showing the old avatar has been fixed. And also saying they will remove the option to be able to hide the avatar image. So I guess mobile version now shows avatar, I kind of liked the mobile one without it... oh well.. small stuff...
