My japanese isn't very good at all, he definitely mentions something about character data being migrated, but I can't tell if he's saying ""Whether or not you play, your character data won't be wiped" or "If you continue to play, your character data won't be wiped."

This is probably the background sounds used in scenes where there are a lot of people. I can't remember clearly, but I think I heard this sound during the scene played after character creation, or in the benchmarking program. In any case, I am certain I've heard this before in game. Seems like you've swapped this for whatever BGM was supposed to play somehow.

Didn't see this post, I didn't touch or swap or do anything to any of the FFXIV files so that's weird. Only thing that may of checked the files is antivirus or malware check software.
