BLM is in a similar position with Hawks eye (unless they change the effect for BLM, but i wouldn't know, I don't have the ability).

That does bring up a good idea... Maybe they could make Hawk's Eye raise STR/DEX/INT/MND by 15% instead of just DEX, this would make it a good multipurpose cross class ability like BfB and IR.
