Have you asked the partyleader to make an exception for you?
It just takes a single tell telling them that while you may not have the required ilevel, you know the fight and one very important detail; You are a healer.
If you haven't taken that step then you are just as big a part of the problem.
If you have and they still said no, then they are not worth your time.

They usually put that ilevel requirement up for the DPS, like many other MMORPG I have played, healers are usually given a lot of slack.

Beat Turn 4 weeks after release. The entire party was i71 or less.
